We aim to deliver only the freshest, highest-quality fruits. However, if you’re unsatisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- If you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- Refunds or replacements are only applicable to items clearly affected during packing or transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not accept returns once items are delivered and accepted.
Refund Process
In some cases, we may offer a replacement in your next delivery instead of a cash refund.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit within 3–5 business days.
